match of the round................a top 4 clash of the titans................the battlers are up 6-2..............the colonels offense get a chance to drive down the field and win the game in the final 2 mins of the game...............

4th & 8.5 on the battler 41yd.................mcbriar punts the ball down the field .............the colonels need a big return play to set up field position...........the blockers do a fantatic job at holding up the battler charge, but a determined aussie gets through and makes the big play limiting the punt return to a mere 8.5 yds and confines the KFC to their own 28yd with it all to do.

3rd & 10 on the Colonel 28yd......................the Battler secondary has done an outstanding job in coverage on the previous two plays..............they line up in man-coverage on the down...............a 5'11" FS lines up on the opposing and imposing 6'5" TE...............the latter has made double digit average gains in receiving all game.....................it appears to be a mismatch but the aussie Battler FS sticks to him like glue.....................but wait.................a speedy receiver has managed to break his man.............the battling FS senses the danger...........he gives the receiver a head start...............but then reels him in and makes the play to save an otherwise certain game winning TD.

4th & 7.5 on the Battler 33yd....................the Offense lines up in a 5 receiver set, shotgun formation.....................they're going to throw............the battler secondary does another outstanding job at covering deep.................the QB needs to get the 1st down................he looks short..................he has a receiever run an out...............i'll throw to him he says, then he'll only have to make 2 yds after the catch...................but the wily battler FS is onto him.............makes the play and the turnover on downs.

3 massive plays in the final 2 mins...............give the wiley battler the gameball :D

There were a lot of inspired plays and players in this game. However I gave the gameball to Bartley. Check out both the Battlers and MILs gameday pages. I updated them because I hadnt given the gameball to the previous round 10 matches either.

In this game, the whole DB unit had an equal share of the gameball so it was impossible to single anyone out. McLegend and Taylor had INTs, there were so many important PDs from McGarnacle, Nuntz, Johnson, even Catters. There'll be a game where McGarnacle himself will win the gameball for a standout performance AMONG his DB comrades.

Looking at the big picture....

This is the 3rd game in a row where we were playing the #2, #1, #4 pass offenses (MILs and Battlers) and we've held them all to like 170-200 yards passing, about 40 rushing, gotten a few INTs out of them, and coughed up maybe a TD or two, meanwhile run the ball down their throats and throw for 170-200 of our own.

Very happy. You noticed the difference? I have. In film, your player with increased carrying ability (and agility) now jukes around guys easily. Every play now he is always moving around players instead of just running straight for a gap.

Imo, tho, keep focusing on carrying for two level ups. Get his carrying to 40 first then start putting towards catching. Get his catching to about 35 then start going back to agility, vision and speed, and getting them all up to equal with each other at 50-50-50. Stamina can be the thing you train on thruout all this. So leave stamina till the very last thing you touch.

Get to something like 50 speed, 50 agility, 50 vision, 40 carrying, 35 catching, 30 stamina.

I had the french can-can installed as the music for that page but he didnt like it there.

i also gave him an option to call them "birdettes" giving him a list of 50 names with ette suffixes, just in case he liked that idea, but sent him the page as you see now, just change the name birdettes and got rid of the can-can music.

still, very good eye-candy there....french maids.

Takes a lot of work to build a site, a theme, and create all the pictures etc.

The guy came to me and I built it for him. As he had no knowledge of all that. I even sent him a 1 gig Adobe CS file for him to learn all about html and photoshop etc. Sending literally hundreds of PMs and emails with a lot of instructions on how to do things.

I dont dictate what he has, we discuss what he wants etc and I build it for him, but sometimes he's stumped for ideas and asks me to come up with something.

He paid me for it.
I got a few people to pay me for doing their jerseys and team logos.
Many I did for free.
There are a lot of GG-created logos/jerseys out there, about 12-15 teams.

But there are a lot of guys already spruiking their logo creating services, have their own websites, people pay to get them, and they do great work.

All the people that come to me come from word of mouth.

If I get mega busy from just doing that stuff, I'll start charging more and for everyone, make a niche out of it.

That's cool. Takes a little time to build up med-high income fans.

For the Battlers tho, leave the prices that high because I want to see what happens here. All home games are sold out bar the last two, and I wanna see if the winning streak etc forces the fckers to buy the few remaining tickets.

Also, the Battlers low-med-high income fan base keeps rising quickly.

Just looking at the MILs... Our RB double is bestial in the last few games...

Bjorn hits double digit TDs and is the only player with 10+ to average 5 ypc as well... CC is right behind him with 9 TDs and 4.6 ypc

We are the perfect RB combo atm...

The closest pair are Westbrook and Gordo who have 15 TDs combined for a slightly higher average

Plus they obviously rush A LOT more during games given theyve both pretty much broken 200 rushing attempts for the year (compared to Bjorns 160 and CCs 140)

Manu... WE ROCK :D

Out of the top 5 TD getters - we are 4th and 5th respectively...

And Bjorn is the only player with over 150 rushes for no fumbles...

Who's leading the rush tonight?

Looking at the Aggressors last games (Based purely on stats) the decent rushing teams have gotten a decent average on them (~4 ypc) Their passing attack is nothing special at all, so thats not something we really have to worry about... A pure battle of the rushers (2 against 1 because the other doesn't rush much but can de deadly when he does)

A defensive battler in on our hands boys... The teams are equal on important rushing stats save one - Our blocking is superior... Hopefully that carries us over the line...

I've had a look around the leagues and it looks like $65 a seat is the max for 100 level seats in the A leagues, I'm pretty sure you can charge more in AA and more again in AAA, $125 is possible in the Pros.

I'm speculating on $65, $85, $105, $125 as you go up the leagues
