Goodes Able to Play On With No Surgery

May be missed with the club championship on tonight, but this is great news, with some even raising the 'R' word in relation to Goodes over this off-season, and some thinking he may miss 6-9 months. Absolutely incredible for this bloke to be able to get up for a full pre-season.

The 32-year-old dual Brownlow Medallist said on Friday he wouldn't require an operation to fix the problem.
"I've just got to be really smart about not travelling unfortunately, which is a shame, because I had got something planned which I've had to cancel," Goodes said.
"But my focus is about getting my body right for the start of the pre-season, so the sacrifice I make now for the next three weeks will put me in good stead."
