Keep Whitnall , We got enough problems as it is without tacking on another in Polak(even though he has some talent).. Mal micheal id prefer to see us groom our own fullback out of any youngsters than try and steal a readymade one for big bucks.

He is not big enough. To skinny and has not put on weight in 5 years. Poor attitude. Not worth Lance I dont think.

193 cms and 85 kgs and in his 4th year.

Lance for the Dogs first round pick is a better option.

if he is out of contract we should try pick him up in PSD.

lance is an importnat player for carlton, he is about to turn 26, he has kept his weight off this year, stayed injury free and looks like he will be right for a full pre-season, add some quick hard running midfielders to this and lance once again can become a dominating Key Fwd

if freo want to get rid of polak we should be looking to get the better of the deal.

Its about time he kept his weight off! He's nearly 26 fro crying out loud! The only reason he was getting injured was because he was too fat and not doing full pre-seasons.

Having said this, I think that Polak does have a few troubles and would be a risk i think. Carlton chased hard for him 2 or 3 years ago I remember so I wonder if anything has changed! You are right about his body size. Forget his height, hes definitely tall enough but hasnt put enough weight on. Rather than being 85kg he should be 95kg!!

admittedly lance has been his own worst enemy but to say all his injuries have come from his weight problems is wrong.

Dont know if thats accurate mate but hey I would be guessing. He's had a good year hasnt he, either at CHF, FF or CHB. Been great! Already taken 110 marks this year. Could finish with close to 140 or 150.
