Can anyone tell me where the ____ to get body armour from?

Only place I know to get it is the Gun Shop, which depending on how far into it you get after around 10-15 missions(???).

BTW for those saying they don't like the Camera Angle, you do know you can change it right?

There are approximately 4 angles all together, on the PS3 it is the Select button to change angle, so whatever that button relates to on the 360 I would guess it is the same.

Played for 3:03:45 today, my longest session, not once did it freeze up like I had had before, and played it a fair bit online the night before and got nothing, I am around about 20% through, which about 10-15 hours game time.

And i was just wondering if someone could explain the difference between UPS (shipping) & (EMS Speedpost) to me as i am struggling to understand what they are.

Mine locked up last night during single player mode.

It just froze as I was driving under a bridge ala Saints Row on 360 (will never forget the 1st time that happened to me after completing 15 or so missions on the trot without saving). I had to turn it off to clear it but it was 2am and with an 7.30 site meeting this morning I was close to pulling the pin anyway

Will fire it up again later tonight and report back if it keeps happening.

For the record this is only about 15% into the single player campaign.

I played again for an hour or so and it was working fine...hopefully its ok. I'm gonna go to the shop where i got it from and just ask them about it.

How awesome is cops and crooks? I could play that for hours!!! However, whenever we are cops i somehow always end up being the driver, and i suck balls at driving, so eventually all the others bail on me and i feel devo that i was this shit

GTA-SA, to me, wasn't actually a very good game.

I think GTA may have peaked with VC.

I disagree, SA was the best imo. The script and dialogue was snappy and sharp, something GTA4 lacks somewhat, and the storyline was much more involved than VC. And the whole thing of having two cities and being able to drive through the country areas was awesome, I used to like just going out for a drive betwen the two and checking out the scenery.

I loved SA. One of my all time favourites.

I have only just started GTA4 but from what i have seen I know what i will be doing the entire weekend. Damn Albanian loansharks!

i am having real trouble playing online...

i went to network connections and tried to set it all up..i had the internet cord plugged into the Ps3 but i couldn't get it to connect?

I also didn't know whether to put do use or do not use on the proxy server?

could anyone help out a n00b?

There are massive probs with this game online with PS3 at the moment.

I went to play it this morning and the game started (with the still images) then went to load my last save and just hung forever. I turned it off and tried again with the same result.

I got on the PC and went to another game forum to post hoping for an answer and found a thread with at least a dozen people having the same issue. Apparently its network related so in order to play the single player campaign I have to disable the internet in the system options of my PS3 as well as turn off network servers.

I have not heard of this on 360 yet so hopefully they aren't effected.

Poor form from the biggest game release of all time on top of all the freezing issues as well.

Definitely not. Downloading a file now at 400kb.

Do a google search, its well documented. There are problems with GTA4 online. I expect a patch will fix this up but its still poor form with all things considered.

As I told you Stu I am yet to have a freeze up since the 2 I posted a few days ago(Touch Wood), once the patch get's released it should all be fine, nothing much can be done when it is such a popular game, there are always glitches and hitches, it's just because there would be almost everyone in the world playing it right now that certain things are magnified and servers will be going down too.

BTW has anyone watched Gervais, HILARIOUS!!!

nah thats not what i'm talking about..

i'm talking about getting a connection fullstop. It's not that my PS3 is freezing it's that i can't work out how to connect my internet to the bloody thing...

The swearing is actually relatively insignificant compared to the actual themes behind the game. I suppose she just doesn't like hearing ____ ____ ____ when passing by the lounge room?
