Anyone else think this ground is not suited for AFL? THe style of game at Aurora always seems different compared to any other ground; too long and too wide

You will find that most teams that play there say it is the best surface in the AFL! I do agree with the size though. But there is a big difference between a lot of the grounds!

No Probs.
I will give you my unbiased view, for what it's worth.
Both teams played some very high class footy in the first quarter.
Although the scores were close, i thought Hawthorn looked the slightly better, more drilled team.
Second Quarter started out ok, but really deteriated into a mistake riddled game.
Maybe the size of the ground has tired the players a lot, dunno.
Carlton looked to have a better grip on the game, ans seemed to have worked out how to shut down the Hawthorn forwards.....

Looking forward to the next half

Yes it's the ground ..it makes the players fumble ..and totally interferes with their skill levels ...they need to play on the MCG every week where their skills will be honed to perfection .


Nothing personal Effes but that was the stupidest comment i have seen on here for a long long time
