Disappointing to lose a talented footballer but if you are not happy you move on. For such a low pick (3rd round) there must still be some doubt about her playing again.

heck me, disappointed and gutted, so much to offer but traded away for magic beans and strengthens the opposition
thanks Hannah, I hope you get your head right for the rest of your life ahead

the dreaded 'Wingard' tattoo curse:think:

I don't think we had any bargaining power here, she probably just walks if we don't trade her for the late pick.
Let her walk then. Stop being ****ing cucks.

If you are going to do this I think as a club you need to signpost the reasons much better than they have. Same with Sarah Goodwin.

On the face of it, it looks extremely strange as to why you would be trading away top players to your direct rival for absolutely nothing.

OK fine, maybe they haven't met your performance or preparation standards. But by trading them to the Crows the insinuation is that they can get them back on track, which is a bit of an indictment on PAFC

There must be serious doubts about Hannah's ability to get to a level of fitness needed to be an effective mid-type player in modern AFLW. I can't see why we would let her go for a third round pick otherwise.

Relying on my dodgy short-term memory here, but even in her second season Hannah was looking well off the pace and this year she didn't even turn out.

AFLW site has this story, but nothing yet about last night's B&F, although that's probably down to our media mob.

They would just repeat whatever we put up and there's been plenty of content last night and today.

She was eventually dropped for not meeting fitness standards.

And now we have a new fitness coach who Amelie Borg was (laughingly) cursing at the BnF last night because of how hard he worked them.

I think many of us are smart enough to read between the lines. The girl obviously has a problem or two and those running the Club do not want it rubbing off on other players. This has shades of Chad Wingard about it, except we got something in return for Chad.

Hannah is a real talent but if she doesn't meet the standards we set she must go.

Hannah has posted on Instagram about losing her passion for the game, taking a year off and now looking for a new start. I reckon if she gets her passion back we lose out big time on this trade. She played with Anne hatchard at north . If her heart was in it at port there’s no point keeping her and getting what we can. Ports future is still really bright , if she couldn’t see that with the list were building then good luck to her.

Disappointing.
Hannah was going to be my favourite player when she got drafted... now she will be up there with most disliked, especially since she has gone to that mob.

I agree with others above though, looks like fitness wise she is miles off the pace. I actually thought the other day when I saw a post on insta that she has a long way to get back to the required fitness level.

Hopefully this doesn't backfire on us.

The first season she was by far the best player in that side, second season I was fitter than her and I am 58.

Well off the pace last year disappointingly after a great first year. In saying that, in my eyes the team was far off it last year fitness wise. Look what the step up in fitness yielded this year. Sorry to see Hannah go but standards must be set and met.
