Howdy to all those fellow South Australian Hawks
HAWKS S.A. AGM
All Hawthorn supporters are invited to attend the Hawks S.A. AGM on Monday, 13 February at 7.30pm.
Hawk legend John Platten, patron of Hawks S.A., will be in attendance and all those present will have the chance to win a Hawthorn Football Club Country/Interstate membership in a raffle sponsored by Hawks S.A. In addition, Hawks Nest merchandise will be on sale. We will have HFC (and Hawks S.A.) membership forms on hand so, if you wish, you can join up at the meeting. Come along and show your support in S.A. for the Mighty Fighting Hawks.
The short meeting will be held at the Marion Sports & Social Club ("Club Marion") 262 Sturt Road Marion (opposite the Council chambers). The Club is open to the public and has great facilities so come along and enjoy them and meet fellow Hawks' supporters. If you avoid AGMs for fear of being coerced into committee membership you'll be pleased to know that all the Hawks S.A. current office bearers are offering to stand again. This, obviously, does not preclude anyone new wishing to participate on the Hawks S.A. committee from joining that committee if they so desire. They would be most welcome.
