Got 'em!

I think I'm sitting in nearly the exact same seats as I where i watched the Kangas beat us last year. Better not be a bad omen! :(

(Man... how long does the email take to get to me to print my tickets!!)

Mate ticketmaster are a bunch of nuffs.

You don't necessary have to wait for the email. They should show up under your account somewhere and you can just print them or download then as a pdf.

Got in Early @ Ticketmaster to be dished out Level 4 AFL members seats.
Well **** that.

Going to do the whole lot and have dinner in Ryder room which gets me a seat on level 2.

Should be N10-11
Near you guys! :P

For those of us who have to wait to sit with non-members, there are still plenty of tickets selling.

I logged on at 9.00am this morning and all worked like a dream - I never seem to have any problems with TicketMaster website for some reason.

Unfortunately I am at the other end of the ground (M2) Punt Road End with all the Doggies supporters, so I'll just have to fly the flag for us. Besides, I'm sure we'll be kicking goals at BOTH ends!

Anyway, I think we'll find that wherever we're sitting there's still going to be plenty of Hawks fans nearby.

All the best for Friday night folks.

I got level 4 as well. The w***ers only had 2 bays available when I got mine.

i got jammed under the premise that i could only get one ticket with my membership, so waited for ga to get tickets for my folks.

still, very happy - level 1, m15, row u. not too bad me thinks.

Level 4s the only way to watch a game. Too much contrast / detail down in those lvl 1 seats. Takes away from it really. mmmm. I got tickets :)

Clubs have no control over finals.

Membership is just a way for the AFL and Ticketmaster to segregate the fans and give preference to supporters who contribute financially to their club.

I know mate but I got duped. They should sell em for much more at least ... $7.50 for my $400 dollar tickets. Get out of town. :D

I was told by ticketmaster that m15 was a bulldog members bay:confused::confused:

Re: If you haven't got good tickets already, forget it!!

Got my tix at 730pm best available m55 level 1, so now I'm 4 bay around from the cheersquad.

You might hear a cheersquad Goldie but they will be chanting Bulldogs - just look down to the Ponsford Stand for our squad.

You can thank the club for announcing this 4hrs after members ticket sales closed :thumbsd:

Re: If you haven't got good tickets already, forget it!!

freaking hell. Hawks fans up doggies end, dogs fans (like me) up hawks end. This is stuffed

Sorry if that has been answered before but i was one who had to wait till wed so i could get my GF a ticket ( Coz she didn't get a membership this year F#%@n!)

Anyways got offered MCC passes which we have now purchased. Only prob is the mate who got em for me has been out of contact for the last couple of days. Better not be a bumsteer.

Are MCC passes reserved seats or are they first in best dressd as some have told me? If first in scenario how early do your reckon i would need to get there to snag a good possie?

Cheers fellas

If one club oversells it allocated membership bays from the AFL, the overflow of members will be allocated to fill up the empty bays left by the opposition, if the Dogs haven't filled up some their bays allocated to them by the AFL, chances are some of the fans who logged on latter will be allocated to predominantely Bulldogs bays to fill up the demand for seating

Ideally the AFL strives to sell one bay after another, like in the Grand Final.

You could be allocated at the Bulldogs supporters end but their will still be plenty of Brown and Gold, ditto if your a Dogs fan that has been allocated to sit down at our end, chances are you'll still be sitting in a Red, White and Blue bay

Same thing happened last year

You did get duped and it is a disgrace. the family ticket loophole should be fixed, ticketmaster are aware of it and wont do anything about it. If you have a look at this and other boards, any punter with an IQ above 5 (there is no reference on the Collingwood board..) latched onto it in a flash, and the best tickets get cleaned out by whoever wants them, not club members. Sorry, I dont buy this cr2p about people not being able to afford club membership, but suddenly becoming sufficiently pecuniary in September to allow them to buy finals seats ahead of members.

h2f, whinge like hell to the club and the AFL.:mad::mad:

Hard to work out Ticketmaster's methods.

Yesterday afternoon it was all level 4 seating. Last night they released seats in M57, including Premium tickets.

And just now you can get tickets in N29, Ponsford level 2, which was impossible for club members to buy Monday morning.

It's possible because Ticketmaster DO NOT release ALL seats for sale on the same day.

I had a massive whinge about this earlier in the year before the Essendon game at Telstra Dump.

BTW, lined up at the Dump on Monday morning (got my face on the Ch 10 news, too) and got seats in M5, Row A.

Stuffed if I know whose cheer squad is sitting at which end, as I thought I'd asked for tickets within the Hawthorn members area - I assumed we would be at the Punt Road end. From what I have seen on here so far, I could very well be wrong about that ...

Going by where people got tickets it appears Hawthorn membership seating has been allocated;

M2, M5-M8, M11-M13
N5, N12-N15
P7, P10, P13
Q7, Q9, Q12-13

M50, M54-55
N50, N53
Q49

M32-M34
N32-N33

Seems strange the majority of our seating appears to be in the Great Southern Stand when the Cheer Squad is positioned in the Ponsford Stand?

Thanks mate... I throw every dollar I can at the club and have no regrets, because the amount of joy the Brown and Gold gives my overworked life is priceless. However I have a lot of trouble rationalising the ticketing system in this case.

Surely Kennedy Club Members should get priority access over the public, and I CANNOT BELIEVE this Family Ticket loophole is here again this year. The only sanity for me is that it is the first final and I'll be up and about at 8.59am for the next one.

I don't even know what to think about Grand Final tickets where theoretically I could end up with Standing Room tickets whilst (GROUP 2) Members could end up with Prime seating if the lottery falls right.

THIS IS MADNESS. How can Kennedy Club members even be in the pool for Standing Room, with Group 2 members still able to get Prime after our allocation.

I guess it's the Australian way. :thumbsd::thumbsd::thumbsd:
