Average episode.
Though it was good to see Maggie get more erm, screen time.
"The newspapers... are gonna be tough on you, and prison is very... very hard on people who hurt kids, if you get the opportunity you should kill yourself"
Did anyone else think that Woody's wife had a brief look of recogition on her face when she saw what Rust was working on?
Did she launch into the act because she realised Rust was getting close under the guise of her hurting Woody?
Or is this just another subtle red herring seemingly embedded throughout this series?
For a filler episode it doesn't get much better than that. It's almost intoxicating the mood they set in this show. Some really intense acting scenes I thought Michelle Monaghan did an excellent job here. The throwdown delivered. The ending was a classic setup scene.
Should have known Lili Simmons would have a more 'substantial' roleShe is really stunning. You should see some of her work in Banshee. Doesn't mind the racy stuff!
... Anyone else have hard time understanding them at times? Mumble to much haha
Sure do, need subtitles. Woody is bad enough at times but when they talk to a real down south good ol' boy type.. forget about it lol.
Weakest episode so far and still better than anything else on tv. Still had excellent moments.. Maggie at Rust's place, Marty v Rust in the parking lot and the 2012 versions of Marty and Rust getting back together.
Next ep looks off the hook. Wonder what Rust shows Marty on the tv. Something to do with his daughter?
Was a pretty boring episode. Got detail on their falling out and a bit more on the dodgy minister. Set up episode for the final 2 so im ok with that.
