I read with interest that the AFL has scrapped the interchange cap for today's games in Melb because they have allowed the heat rule for these matches (temp 34 degrees).
With this in mind and given that last nights game against Carlton was played under the heat rule the question needs to be asked why was the interchange cap scrapped last night
