Yes, Reilly will most likely have a leadership role with the Crows Seconds in the SANFL next season IMO.

Hendo will probably continue as the loose man and have first dibs on that role, but when he starts to receive attention Reilly will probably become the loose man, and vice versa

One of the best parts of not getting rid of Henderson is the prospect of Reilly not waltzing back in to defence next year. Should Hendo bring his late season form to 2014, Reilly should be playing seconds.

I tend to agree with Vader unfortunately. The coaches will back Reilly to get back to his near AA form in 2012. They admitted this year he was carrying too much weight so they will try to recondition him so he's less bulky and more agile.

While I'm kind of dreading him going back again what I am looking forward to is Smith moving into the midfield. Hendo and Reilly back, Smith into the midfield rotations.

I cant see Hendo and Reilly in the back 6. Both aren't really defenders, unlike Smith who I think can defend as well as be creative. That being said they did play DMac in the back 6 and he couldn't defend the Wall from Game of Thrones.

The same could be said about the Hawks medium defenders. What they're good at is reading the play, intercepting passes and setting up attacks from half back. What we need though is for our midfielders to be actually fit so they can push back into defense to help out and then stream forward when we have the ball. With out that we're going to be scored against anyway

Depends if Henderson wanted to move and possibly how high a pick you offered the Crows. Unless it is overs I get the impression Noble and Sanderson really rate him and want him.

Most likely that he is a good footballer and will, barring injury, remain best 22 for a few years yet. Wouldn't mind seeing he and Hendo off our back flanks. Would cause opposition massive headaches.

I do in the main agree about our needs. However, a good player is still a good player and we would somehow make him fit into the best 22. Maybe across the centre line as I reckon we are looking for a bit more size. Could he do the job as a wingman moving forward and dropping back?

Who's Grimley? Has he played a game? Where was he taken in the draft?

Grimley is a ruckman they have had developing for 3 or 4 years now, didn't show overly much in the couple of games he played in 2013.

I had the impression the reason Hendo wanted to back to Victoria was some family issue with his mum/brother, however in today's interview Noble mentioned something about Hendo's girlfriend.
Does anyone know what the issue is or is it that she just wants to move back to Victoria?
