Anyone got any news on Trent's recovery from that horrific knee injury.

Just wondering from a personal point of view as use to watch him knock about up here in Darwin for Palmerston.

Thanks guys and i bet you wish you had him back on line to take some hurt off Welsh and Bock.

He starting running on Saturday for the first time so thats a huge milestone behind him.

I think he ran outside for the first time on friday (or thats what Sunday Mail told us) and reported no soreness in the knee. He did about 4 and a half laps of the oval before going back inside.

Has been doing a lot of swimming and running on the treadmill and his recovery is going well at the moment.

He was at a wedding I was at about 3 weeks ago. Said he was doing really well and looked to be moving around really well considering what he is recoving from.

Hate to dwell but in my mind there isn't any doubt the loss of Hentschel (and perhaps Roo) effectively cost us a grand final berth last year. Great to hear that he's back running; with a bit of luck he can return to the star he was.

The loss of Biglands half way through the game really hurt. Meant Clarke had to chase Cox and Seaby around by himself.
