David Armitage vs Geelong
Goldsack vs Freo

Obviously a weak link in my team and will be looking to upgrade next week but for this week who would you take?

I'd go with Thomas, he seems to have found a midfield niche in the wake of Wells' absence, at least he is scoring pretty consistantly in the past 2 weeks. The other 2 guys haven't really found their feet at this stage. Armitage looks good though.....

Yer i love the look of Armitage and think he will be a gun but Thomas has the runs on the board and is playing on a big ground which should suit.

jono brown last year got 262...with a 8-9 (lots of contested marks/possies) goal haul vs hawthorn....i remember it like it was yesterday bcos i had him captain....524 from 1 player....yep those were the days...

Was rated very highly and taken as a top 10 pick. Has been compared to Dal Santo by some. Has been named on an extended bench for the past 2 weeks. Wouldn't think he's all that likely to play this week.

Ok this is my first year of supercoach and got stuck at start year by picking lots of middle range players and not having my cash on the ground.

Yes I know theres alot need to be done to that side and only have 5 trades left and 9th in league, but im just going to go for broke now and see if can pull of couple wins.

Will be using up all 5 trades in next few weeks and see how I go, after any advice which way to go.

This is about spot on current values.

Obviously alot will say get rid of franklin but surely score more then tredders over rest year.

Any advice on this appreciated.

Also just on Lucas is it better holding off untill next week he is playing Sydney and has a 23 to his name from 2 weeks ago, is he likely to go down some more yet.

Or is there someone better to go for around that value.

I was going to jump on Lucas but found out that he is playing against the SC killers. I'll wait until next week.

If it helps, I think Chapman is massively underpriced. And Ablett has to deal with Baker this weekend.

What are your thoughts on the following trades (Really wanting to get rid of Franklin)
Out - S. Cox In - R. Gray (Port)
Out - Franklin In - Pavlich
Wanted to get N.Riewoldt for franklin but fell about $800 short. Would have to get a $83k player for cox but would sooner get someone(like Gray) who should play a few games.

Yeah, i might give Goodes a week or two and keep an eye on his clanger count.

Hopefully Hadley and Gibbs both keep rising to give me some options in the centres.

Lucas' last scores against Swans - 89, 122, 85, 84 - not the worst

Having either Bock and Al. Davey as emergencies or to cash in would be handy
