Yeh I know, that's bad. But I can still see my team looking good next week and when finals start.

Do I:
Trade Cornes this week (no-one really available though...Osbourne, Ibboston )

Trade White this week (again, can't get Sandilands, probably no-one worth it).

Keep the trade till finals.

If Macdonald, White, Ablett aren't all back by next week !
I'm actually worried if Porpz is named that Valenti will outscore him on the bench LOL.

Tell me about it, the worst part is I have 3 that were all meant to be 1 week maximum (White, Macdonald, Ablett).

I should have stuck with SJ at least. Not that mad about Stanton, if it was DT I definitely should have kept him.

Grundy was just stupid... I made heaps of bets with friends first 10 rounds (won ALL of them too ) which sure was good at the time but now i'm suffering.

And yeh, learn heaps for next year!

Happy with fevola, was only 25K diff and he's scored me 2 100+ scores and an 85.

Yeah a few trades you probably could have tried to avoid and i agree with you that the main problem came from the starting line up and now injuries.

Right- need to shore up my backline.
Currently looks like this: H. Shaw; L. Gilbee; S. Tiffy; D. Bradshaw; A. Wonaeamirri; C. Hadly; A. Proud (D. Myers; D. Pfieffer).

You see my dilemma.

I have 5 trades left, can limp through the other positions with no more upgrades (just), and have $259K in the bank after last week's trading.

So- I can grab a big gun like Milburn, Bowden, Newman, Goddard for Chad now, and hope that Myers gets better and/or Proud/Pfieffer get a run, or bite the bullet and do two trades and move Myers out as well- the trouble there is that a: I have to temper my trade choices somewhat, and go for, say Bock and Ladson, or mebbe Fisher/Pratt or one of the aforementioned big guns and, say, Massie or Ibbotson or Birchall, b: I leave myself with little cash in the kitty for later changes.

I am hamstrung a bit in that I'm off at a sales conference in NSW until Sat arvo, so while I can hold off making any trades until Friday afternoon, I won't have much access to the innerwebs to research in the intervening time.

I think I can take the zero this week and just do one trade, but realistically whatever I decide will inform future trades as well, so if you have any advice, please feel free.

I was looking at upgrading J.Morton to O'Keefe this week.

Personally I hope they both miss and allow me another week to look at my options
