I wan't to join supercoach but my brother reckons it will wreck it for him, as you can only have 1 player to every house hold. Is that true?

I have currently bock(ade) in my backline with 6K in bank, im really unsure of keeping him, have never heard alot of him over the years.

should i trade him for

McMahon(rich)

or

Symes (Ade)

or

a rookie, i have Ellis as my cheapest def playing on field atm(should i have a first yr in starting line up, i have 1 already in Mid and 1 in For)

i have 4 def who will score 100+ week in week out

also my forwards, i have Brown, Johnno, Fev, Didak, Porplyzia, Thompson, and 1 of these 3...Henderson,rioli,seller.

??any good??

I wouldn't go Bock as he is too inconsistant. Maybe get Symes instead.

B) Can my team pull in around 2200 SC each week? (potentially)

C) is it bad to have a rookie playing on the field in the def,mid,and for?

a) Who knows...thats the fun of the game...my guess would be:
Pfeiffer yes
Proud yes

Palmer yes
mcnamara no

Kruezer yes
hampson yes (altho i don't know anythin about this guy, other posts have been sayin he's a good get)

Henderson no
Sellar no

b). Probably not...Backline looks good, midfield weak, only 1 real gun (dal Santo) since we just don't know about Judd and Stevens...rucks great...forwards maybe a bit weak, Tredrea no good, Fev inconsistent, is it B Johnson or S Johnson, if B Johnson good, S Johnson very hit and miss

c). matter of opinion, personally i don't mind havin 2-3 starting rookies...

d). Get rid of Tredrea, personally i don't rate Fev as a consistent SC scorer, Judd safer options which are cheaper (i think Daniel Cross may explode) but then again Judd is Judd and is likely to blow away everyone and average 150+

But in the end it's all speculation at this point...

Thanks mate, yeh i had r murphy instead of tredrea but i made a few changes and thought it wuld be unlikely murph would get his great form of 05/06(ithink it was) back. so was takin a punt.

I know about fev he is in consistant, i think its coz im a carlton supporter i jst wanna go with the herat on tht selection, but if i may need 2 b4 season start i may downgrade him and put tht cash into sumthing else.

Yeh it is brad johnson, i hav had him 4 every game in the previous 2 yrs...i cant get away from him i love him...great SC scorer

hampson(ruck,Carl) is looking to play a key role in the defence as well as ruck back-up. kreauser will not touch the ruck role i dont suspect but will be in the starting 22 no worries.

carlton will play ackland/cloke rotating number 1 ruck(i prefer cloke, piss ackland rite off) and hampson will play defencive half of the field and kreauser attackive half of the field.

Hampson, most ppl will take the punt 4 tht kind of money....cheaper then kreauser!

A. All bar Sellar & McNamara should definately play the 1st 3 games

B.

C. No, it can pay off big time

D. I'd take out Bassett & Myers and replace them with Mattner & Whelan. The first two will average 120 @ best b/w them and Myers is unlikely to play more than 10 games IMO, whilst you should get a minimum of 75 each out of Mattner and Whelan

Marty Mattner should get more oppurtunity this year at Sydney. I imagine, if Malceski hadn't have gone down with a knee, no body would be on Mattner, but since Malceski is gone, Mattner could possibly get that rebounding role that Malceski did so well last year.

Bassett underrated i think, but maybe a bit injury prone?? I don't know the numbers but thats just a feeling i get..

Tough one. I think Cox is basically a lock cause he's a midfielder as well as a ruckman.

Pavlich > Brown cause Pav's more consistent and his bad games are better than Brown's.

My advice is try and save some cash and get Cox and Pavlich, if you can't go with Brown and Cox.

Just because he gets placed in a role doesn't mean he will excel in it. I'm not on the Mattner train, might be a risk but the guy hasn't shown anything to say he will take the next step.

i know i rate bassett so highly, and u make a valid point mattner can do the job malceski did last yr. but i cant afford them both, i wish i could!

Pavlich - White = (white) had a better yr then every1 expected last yr, with avg of 85, i feel he wont match tht this yr. although (pavlich) will maintain his excellent form of last yr if not better it! he kicks 2 goals and gets 15 touches on a bad day(min of 80/wk). i think if u went tht match u are looking at min of 160 each week.

Brown - cox = (brown) freak! he scores MASSIVE ones alot, yet will prob score about 4 games of about 50...(cox) if u want 100 +/- 10/wk in a player, he is the go! So if u have brown and cox, u should get a min of 180/wk outta them.

personally i would go brown and cox! i do have them atm, and dont hav pav or white

PS, Johnno is my favourite SC player, he is so consistant.

A) Do some research. This question has been asked over and over again.

B) Short answer, No.

C) Depends on your strategy buy playing rookies in your starting line up is a great idea. I have a few starting.

D) Tredrea is will burn you.
