The "go Russ" thing did the rounds 10 years ago, was pretty funny at the time. Max Kirwan's Port Phillip Bay boat trips still top it for mine.

I thought she might be taking the p1ss when she told me the story in the late 90s. Until some years later somebody said Go Russy Go on one of those tedious early evening panel shows and everybody fell about laughing.

The Kirwan one I am not familiar with.
