The whole point of improving the site would be to attract more customers/users.

If you aren't going to improve the site or make it more user-friendly, then people aren't going to want to use it.

id hate to say, but it is user friendly and all our members are happy with it... u cant say u dont like it by just looking at it... and like i said before, the topics (like general discussion) where most people chat and have fun, is hidden from members, so how can u say that we need to improve it just by looking at it?

I had a look through it and it was okay.

But you've got posters in this thread that haven't signed up purely because they don't like it or it isn't user-friendly. That means you're missing out on potential customers to your site.

The colour is too bland. I think it needs a background colour. White is just boring. It's alright besides that.
