Joining an internet forum has no correlation to my support for my football club. I've been supporting my club for almost 5 decades. The 1979 SANFL GF was the second premiership I witnessed in the flesh. Do you remember that day or is your support only based on how your team performs over the last couple of weeks?

When you join bigfooty the drop down bar only has AFL teams listed as teams you can support. You chose Port Adelaide. They weren't around 5 decades ago. Not sure how you have been supporting the same team for 5 decades.

I love the mighty Port Adelaide Magpies and fully respect their culture and tradition forged over 100 years; these other squeezers are a different kettle of fish.
I don't particularly remember that day because I lived in Sydney then.

Just like you supported a completely different team in the Port Adelaide Magpies from the SANFL what is wrong with topjars supporting a different team before the Crows got put in? Topjars may still follow his old team and there is nothing wrong with that, do you still follow your old side the Port Adelaide Magpies?
