Let's run a little test I got my 8yo cousin to do.
The ship docked at port.
The ship docked at magpies.
Crows and magpies are birds.
Crows and ports are birds.
I got him to select the two correct sentences. He got them right and said the other two sentences are jibberish and don't make sense. Thus, it would appear magpies and port are two completely different things. Why anyone would argue they are one and the same is quite strange.
