Let's run a little test I got my 8yo cousin to do.

The ship docked at port.
The ship docked at magpies.

Crows and magpies are birds.
Crows and ports are birds.

I got him to select the two correct sentences. He got them right and said the other two sentences are jibberish and don't make sense. Thus, it would appear magpies and port are two completely different things. Why anyone would argue they are one and the same is quite strange.

Your reserves captain doesn't believe in One Club. He believes quite the opposite, although he strangel;changed his mind when offered a new contract and the captaincy, effectively shutting him off from making any further criticism.
He was mistaken at first. We all believe it is one club, at the end of the day that is all that matters. Like you believe you are the team for all South Australians, except what we believe it actually true.

You believing in "one club" is like believing in Santa Clause.

Why would we do that?
Well you sold out your members to play home games interstate did you not? Seems as though Tasmania should be officially recognised as your sugar daddy. Good to see big daddy James kept your identity intact by refusing to move to the Gold Coast. Then proceeded to whore you out like cheap trash.

There's nothing wrong with playing a couple of games a year in places that don't regularly see high quality footy. It's called giving back. The members weren't sold out, as we get replacement home games in Melbourne to compensate. Has nothing to do with "officially changing your name" like Port did (Port Power).

Disagree. Sell outs.

If you are giving back, how about you give back the money you get paid to play there?
They pay for the privalage of seeing AFL footy played at their home town twice a year. It's a fair trade.

How come there are two different logos?
Because when we joined the AFL there was already a club with magpie logo (which they originally took from SA anyway) and Big Ed realised the average Collingwood supporter couldn't cope with 2 teams wearing black and white, let alone two clubs called Magpies. So we had to change.

Its one club, with 2 team playing in two separate competitions. Don't know how we can make that any simpler.

But since it's "one club" now, shouldn't the SANFL team have the Power logo as well?

That's a nice marketing slogan. Pity no one checked if the players actually believed it and the supporters actually believed it.
Even your media mouthpiece Rucci will tell you that there is a core group of Magpies people who want absolutely nothing to do with the AFL side of Port Adelaide. Many of these people actually support other AFL clubs.

Because they have two different heads...
Geez next they'll try to highjack The Creed from the Mighty Magpies.
