Interview was dissapointing, didn't delve into the really interesting detail:
- who at the club was most responsible? Discuss names and levels of responsibility.
- What were the breaches of protocol he mentioned?
- how does Hird believe the AFL tried to make him their scalp?
- Which commissioner told him we'd have to prove our innocence?
- Didn't touch on the role of the media at all.

Think time was a big factor, one hour was nowhere near sufficient.

Tried very hard to make it about the players but he nearly instantly teared up when he mentioned the toll on his family - hope this does something to debunk the sociopath myth.
Yeah I was surprised that the media weren't brought up at all considering the savaging he has had from some in the media and how they have shaped perceptions. They have been a big player in all of it, obviously.

1. Have dinner with the Mrs listening to here whinge about things... or
2. Have a beer watch the Hirdy interview.

Only psychopaths choose option 1.
She's not the whinging type. ;)

What.. Are you kidding me..
The interview touched on most things you'd expect - problem was no follow up to the responses that were begging for further investigation - I imagine this was due to time constraints.

If you want to believe the whole thing was a PR stunt then go ahead...

Agreed.
Take it to the ASADA thread/elsewhere on the site.
