Yup, his best on ground in the '08 GF was against a junk team and when the hawks play the cats in any grandfinal, all 4 quarters are considered junk time because the result is already known before the first bounce.

Hodge on MMM on Saturday morning said himself that he wasn't injured and that he could offer no excuse as to why Welsh beat him like a red headed step child. All he said he could do was go up to Welsh at the end of the game as say you got me.

So we can leave out the injury excuse. The simple fact is he doesn't play well when someone pays him close attention.
