Wish they would implement some form of penalty for deliberate time wasting. The incidences where a player either holds the ball pretending and questioning the umpire as to who to give the ball to after being paid a free kick against, while full knowing who to give it to. And where a player will deliberately lay over or stand over the ball and or player to slow play down.

A simple 50 meter penalty would quickly put and end to it.

Hand the ball to the umpire immediately, he gives it to the player whose free kick it is. Then there can be no confusion.

This would also solve the inevitable case of the player who's free kick it is, not looking at the player with the ball, so they can't throw it back to them.
