How Do I Get Beau Wilkes? PLEASE HELP!

Just when I had my heart set on trading Nicoski ($224K) for Beau Wilkes ($83K) thinking that Nico wont really play again but I look and see he's in the side this week.
Here are my options...
Nicoski for Wilkes
Proud for Wilkes
Keep Nicoski and Proud
