Computers & Internet How do I stop reply to my message being sent to Email?

My Email is continually being filled with someone replied to your bigfooty message on my email.
I have looked several times but can't work out how to stop it.Any tips?

I was going to edit email and password but couldn't work it out.

I have tried this twice but am still receiving emails.

In the options, change your default subscription mode to 'No email notification'
