just putting a poll of terry wallace wether you like what he's doing so far
as coach or needs improvement in some area's.

he's cleaned pretty much all the crap players except for Hilton. Not his fault that Ottens and Zantuck wanted to leave and he was pretty much forced to give away Fiora and Fleming, but things are cool. He will get the most out of our players. We should kick about 5 goals more each game compared to the last 3 years and our midfield will be more dominant and therefore less pressure on defence, but defence will also improve as well. I think we'll have 11 wins, 11 losses and 100% next season :D. Much better than 4 wins, 18 losses and 70% this season ;)

He has only been in the job a few months, yet he has shown he knows what the coaching caper is all about.

All the delistings, and all of the changes he has already made goes to show how much of a RABBLE Frawley was running. TW is the future of the RFC, and the RFC is his future.

Bring on 2005 and beyond. I cannot wait any longer! :D

Hell Yes. I'm more than happy with him already.
In 1 month in the job he has done what Frawley should have done who had 3 years of ******** but did nothing.
Terry has already culled the duds from the list except for Hilton.
Has weeded out hackers (Zantuck, Fiora and Ottens) who arent fit to serve in his beloved RFC.
Got some decent draft picks instead of receiving duds in trade time.

Bring on 05.

too early to call personally but seems to making all the right noises and moves...

2005 will be interesting just to see how handles the players and implementing the gameplan...

2006 will be the year that we make bigger inroads..

Why does everyone have something against hilton? The only problem he has is being injury prone, you need to give him a chance at least next year and if he comes down again with a serious injury then you would have to say delist him, he gives his all and from what i remember watching his skills arent to bad either, give the bloke a chance he isn't a dud player.

6 years and 80 games is plenty of second chances. Just have to wait a little bit longer do we?

Agree it's too early to call, but one thing is for sure, Wallace is a shrewd and cunning prik. Will make the hard decisions, tell it how it is and capitalise on the misfortune of others.

Hilton gives it his all? Mate, Hilton is one of the laziest players you will ever see (dis)grace the field.

Has a fair amount of talent, and has been unlucky with injuries but should definitely have been amongst the first to be given the flick.

TW has shown he is prepared to put it all on the line.......he has set a programme in place and is LEADING the way!Failure is not an option......

The Club as a whole is learning that commitment, application and persistance
under Wallace is the way for development......he loves living with pressure
and is out to educate the players that this is the way to get the best out of yourself.

Pressure makes DIAMONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In recent years we have observed the happenings at the club and asked why?
Now we are in a position to watch our people develop, dream of things that we have previously not dared and now ask why not!!!!!!

Look foward to what the bodies inside the Tiger jumper wearing the jumper with TIGER PRIDE!

I really don't like Thierry all that much, but as far as I'm concerned it's a new start and I'll wait to see what he does for us on the field before I resume that dislike or change it to respect.

Stupidest post of the century. Congratulations whoever started this.
Give the coach a break until he's actually coached a game!

that makes you even more stupid for replying does'nt it.

If you would take yr head out of your arse, you might be able to see daylight, and then you'd realise that there is absolutely nothing to rate Wallace against at this stage. I bet u can't wait till we lose a game - just hanging in here hoping we lose. We can do without supporters like you.

We can rate Wallace on what he did to the Bulldogs. He turned them into a competition benchmark for a couple of seasons. He improved their hardness and skills alot and gave them a very efficient game style, but also had clever ways of beating better teams. Not bad for a team who finished near the bottom when Terry arrived ;). Wallace is arguably the best coach going around and he will improve us out of site. I wouldn't be surprised if we finish above Geelong next season. That'll teach those cocky ************. We are capable of finishing in the lower half of the top 8 and I can see Geelongs cockiness pulling them down :D

1. Yes he took over a team that finished almost last. However it had made the finals in 3 of the 4 years before that. In the other year they missed the finals by a game. He inherited a very good team that had one down year in 96. He didn't turn things around, he put them back to where they should have been.

2. The Dogs were not tough they were soft. He used a small group of grunts in the midfield (Libba, Romero, Dimmatina). Other than Libba and West almost no one else laid much more than 1 tackle a match. Most of the team were soft.

3. The game style was rubbish. They ran and ran and ran and overused the ball. By the time the midfielders thought about kicking it, the forwards had lead 2 or 3 times and were out of position.

He MIGHT turn out to be a good coach for us but other than a genius for self-publicity he has yet to do anything. The jury has to be out until we see what he does over the next 2 years.
