Not very. There is something about her voice, it's so grating, and I always end up a headache after listening to her. A very painful person.

If you like her voice try Cerys Matthews, solo and her work with Catatonia.

Similar style voices.

Can't stand her music.

Just can't listen to it.

Sort of music where by the end of the song I'm still wondering WTF is going on, though some of her stuff sounds ok. Also intrigued by her previous album that was entirely composed of voice-voices imitating instruments, quite well done. Still rather listen to her than the teeny bopper top 50 crap in any case.

Something about her, scares me looking at her, and irritates me like hell, but i must say my brother believes she is very

You have no idea. Bjork has one of the most versatile and dynamic female voices around. I downloaded her greatest hits album for some unknown reason and loved it. She has some very innovative stuff. Then I went out and bought Vespertines - this is a bit more mellow than the majority of her stuff, but I still like it. My favourite songs by her would be Hyperballad and The Hunter. Plus I think she is quite cute.

I agree with EVERYTHING you have just said right there

I describe her vocal technique as cacaphonic caterwauling. Her quirkiness, while initially intriguing, isn't enough (in my opinion) for her to rate a mention in any serious musical discussion.

I liked the Sugarcubes though (because they were quirky).

the trouble with fans of bjork is they are often very sensitive about her and sometimes will unneccessarily attack those who dont like her so much. believe me i know. many of my friends love bjork and i havent really gotten into her as much.
the only album i have is post, which is pretty good but i wouldnt call myself a fan, nor could i say she'd be anywhere near the best female vocalist in the world. she's very popular, lots of people love her, which is is great, but she's not a favourite of mine.

Seconded. I just don't get it.

Innovative or not, and I'm not going to say she's not original, or that she's bad, but personally the music just irritates me.

Thirded! :p

Well, she looks damn good, and I enjoyed Dancer In The Dark, but as for her musical talent - pass!
