how good is it? last year whenever fraser wasnt playing it was as if we were taking a massive blow. this year frasers not lining up in the nab match on friday (i know! i know! its only nab) but no one is fussed what so ever. i love the fact that were not now relying on josh. after the bulldogs game last year, as soon as he went down we looked like we were in trouble, he came back on and we were able to hold on. this year even if jolly went down **touch wood** i think that wood fraser ruck duo would still be enough to get us over the line against the majority of rucks. im loving this! were in the box seat people. enjoy 2010! i know i will.

very well said...couldnt agree more
although i think a main priority of jolly is to get more hitouts and clearances

of coarse of coarse. but i just love the fact that were not relying so much on an injury prone ruckman who without, we tend to struggle a lot. now with jolly doing the majority of ruck work fraser can rest on a wing or the forward line with much less of a chance of getting injured and just pinch hit in the ruck for 20-30% of game time

It is really comforting knowing that Jolly will be able to deliver all year round, unlike Josh. It makes situations such as last years (where Josh was out for matches and the finals) avoidable, so for that I'm very greatful.

Jolly is going to make Pendles Swan and co look better with a ruckman that wins the majority of the ruck contests. Fraser to be the back up ruckman with Wood developing in the wings as well we finally have a ruck combination to be excited about.

It has been quite a while since I thought our chances of winning were harmed by Fraser being out of the side and when I did think that I was probably wrong. Can someone tell me how many games Fraser has made a real impact in over his career?

Prob about 50 maybe 75? You forget how influential he was when he was first drafted... Roving his own taps and kicking goals.
