Aye, few decent tracks here and there (Day Four, VALIS, Truth, The Healing...) but it's devoid of any real emotionality or engagement. Eh. Anyway!

Generally 7 or 8 but a lot of days 6 or so.

I exercise a minimum of once a day (gym and then interval training) and twice on days I have hockey; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Not sure what I'll do in Summer for sport. I'm keen to try touch rugby.

I usually go to bed around 10 but don't fall asleep for half an hour, and every morning I'm up between 6-7am, I usually get anywhere between 7-8 hours a night.

Exercise wise I do 3 two hour workouts a week and Indoor cricket on Fridays.

At the moment i'm going to bed at about 1-2am and getting up at around 9-10am. Can't work at the moment due to injuries, so i'm stuck.

As far as exercise, i am going to the gym 3 times a week and the swimming twice. Although the last few days it has been a bit different due to a calf strain.

Too injured to work but can go to the gym? Did you get injured at work by chance?

My day is fairly structured now, sleep about 9 or 9:30pm wake up at 5am eat then go the gym come home and change and get ready for work which is 9-5. Get home at 6pm have about 2-3 hours to do whatever then bed. Usually end up going gym 4 times a week.

I usually go to bed between 9:30-11:30 depending on how tired I am or if i'm watching something on TV. I can get to sleep pretty much straight away. My alarm goes off for work at 6:40 and I usually snooze until around 7:00. I love sleeping in on weekends though!

As for exercise, I don't really get too much. Go for a few walks and maybe play a bit of social tennis. A few runs every now and then. The new place we moved into has a shared gym which I probably should start going to!

I find I usually turn everything off around midnight and sometimes asleep within 5 minutes, if I have to be up early the next day, about 2 hours...

Trouble I have is because I have no time I have to be anywhere most of the time I sleep in way too much, especially lately. However I have also found its the days where I only do work on the computer all day that I dont sleep that night very well. Days when we have training and work hard I fall asleep easily, get a really good nights sleep and able to get up earlier without a hassle.

Due to the wet weather I havent done as much exercise the last couple of months, was pushing myself and exercising alot in the first few months of the year, now we are heading towards hopefully better weather and cricket season is getting closer I hope to be training twice a week plus a couple more days of going for runs and stuff

Normally asleep by 9pm for a 5am wake up. During summer I have to wake up at 4am for work. Can be taxing. Average 6-7 hours per night. Have footy training twice a week and games Saturday. Get to the gym 3/4 times a week during the season. During off season run at least 4 times a week and try get to the gym 5 times.

Was once the fat kid so I'm pretty committed to my excerise now days.

Normally 8-9 hours on weekdays (doesn't feel like that much though :/), 9-10 hours on weekends. Try to go to the gym 3 times a week, but unfortunately only once or twice now that uni's back :(

6 - 7 hours of sleep during the week, around 8 on the weekend. I'd like more, but unfortunately I can't turn up to work at noon.

Exercise, gym Saturday afternoon, 7km run Monday and Wednesday nights (slowly working up distance with the aim to get up to 12km so I can do the City-Bay next year). Cardio/light weight circuit workouts a couple of other nights a week.

Once I've got up to my running goal will drop back to only a couple of run/cardio a week and switch to 2 - 3 weights sessions instead. Don't do sports or intend to. At 38 just looking to improve my fitness (not that it was shocking) and be able to run around with my kids and down the track hopefully grandkids without being puffed (or shown up ;) ).

On worknights it'll be bed ~10pm and the alarm's at 6:45am. Since I gave up drinking during the week, I actually SLEEP most of that time in bed. On weekends it's back to the beer and late nights.

Exercise, up to 5 times a week, but usually less. Cycling to/from work (about 1/2 hour each way) or off to the gym at lunch for either a swim (1km), weights (about 45min) or treadmill (20min).

Usually go to bed around 12-12.30, because I know I won't get to sleep or an hour or so. I'm one of those people who loves night. As soon as it's dark my creativity comes out. I pick up my guitar and several hours go by in what seems like minutes. Similarly when reading a good novel. Keeps me up too late too often.

Go to gym 3 days a week and do an ab workout every night before bed.

I used to go to sleep at around midnight, but it was really killing my body during the day. These days I try and go to sleep around 10 - 10.30.

Excercise wise I walk to and from work everyday which usually works out to be 30 mins, I also have a morning routine I do with some cardio and weights only 20 mins but high intensity. I also do Karate training on Monday nights and Wednesday nights - I find that a very good work out.

Usually go to bed around 12.

Usually fall asleep around 3 and sleep till 11, but if I don't get out of bed I can snooze again till 1.

I used to go to bed closer to my falling asleep time but found it just delayed my falling asleep time more. Also I was tempted to stay up watching late night tv, like baywatch.

When I have to work open at my work it's pretty much just 12 - 7:30, probably around 5 hours sleep.

Scheduled exercise is 3 hours a week, but I do a lot of spontaneous physical activity to go with that. Like to think of myself as pretty good with cardio.
