you know what, call me crazy, but it wouldn't suprise me in the least if we came out and won by 4 or 5 goals...sheesh the mood we're in right now...i wouldn;t wanna face up to us:confused:

How much worse could it be than the week after a 100 point loss to Carlton, or conceding the last 10 goals of a game to an average side after leading all game?

Dear me, last time I thought we'd beat Geelong (they had started the year poorly) we lost by 157 points

Was at that game. The wife and I have a standing agreement we can leave when it gets to 100 points.

... I did say it was irrational.:)

Really depends on the team selection - will we play a ruck this week ? will we play players that deserve to play ? Will we turn up to play at all ?

Last time I remember beating Geelong it was at Skilled stadium when Chris Hyde had a day out. I can't see us closer than 40 points, but I expect a 10 goal win by the Cats.

I will be happier with an honest and accountable performance. One team rule - don't go backwards, or to cheap options - take the game on !

I couldn't really care less about the final result, as long as we give it a red hot go for 4 quarters of football. I won't be accepting half a game or quality, or even 3 quarters worth, I want a 110% effort throughout the WHOLE game. Something we struggle to do on a constant basis.

Saying that, its a game that we probably shouldn't win, which means that we have a chance.

Tigers by 12 ;)

I reckon the team are with you on that 1st part
and Im with you on the rest
peeved as the run home looks pretty good exept that we dont.
(wont be over the last weeks until we have a WIN)

On our form you'd have to say a triple figure loss is likely but s'pose you never know. What I do know is that we can't give 110% effort.

I would love to think we could lose this one by less than 25 points. That would be something worth building on.

Jake King will kick 7 goals and Richmond will only kick 9, the Cats don't have an aswer for the Push-up as all the attention is on Jack, Vick and Nahas . We win by 2 points thanks to some dour defending which keeps Geelong to only 8 goals all game. Edwards racks up 37 touches and Conca keeps Chapman to only 9 disposals while getting 29 himself.:thumbsu:
