I'm not saying that your lying or that i think you made it up but i find it very hard to believe. Sure it wasn't Wojas first run back from the knee? i personally also think Nathan is deceptively quick, but as quick as Monica, i dunno. Any chance of getting all the results for this years pre-season fitness tests from anywhere i.e agility, beep, 20m sprint etc etc?

Did you read the thing about Woja in the Herald Sun from a while back? He doesn't do timed sprints much, he said, with the last being when he was on his way back from the knee reconstruction. Possibly not the best test?

My take on the 3 measures of speed
Gary jnr
* Agility = 10/10 - Techinically exceptional at change of direction which is a skill. He moves like a NFL running back, and they spend years working on it (always stable with low center of gravity and good weight transfer in every direction).
* 20 meter sprint = 7/10 I would guess he is a shade under 3 seconds which is good for a recruit but only slightly better than average for AFL player.
* 100 meters = 4/10 Nothing special, runs too low to the ground, technical poor.
Nathan Ablett
* Agility = 6/10 - Not even close to Gary but still probably better than average.
* 20 Meter sprint = 8/10 - very good I would guess he runs 2.9 or possibly faster.
* 100 meter sprint - 7/10 technically not great but still ok.
