the Pies were generally horrible in that game, but in saying that at times i thought if a few things went right the result might of been different, eg johnson heading for goal to put the pies up by 17 in the q3 but wrongfully called for running too far, geelong free 10 seconds later goal. also johnson incorrect disposal again wrong desicion again geelong free then goal. also all behinds were telling in end. Also alot chest pumping for the cats, At times in this game they were playing just as horrible as the pies, and for brief periods they they seemed to be at the pies mercy. But they took their chances . i just feel that come the business end the pies will have their measure, i think thier older players will run out of legs, and their bottom of the barrel types can not be counted on. again just as malty has always said its a marathon . and lastly leon still has a little magic left, saving all the tricks for september . jwasee.

Macaffer - Let himself down with his goal kicking. He was solid otherwise but you can't miss those sort of shots. Something has happened to his goal kicking because once upon a time he was an extremely reliable set shot for goal.
Grade - D

Have you seen the way he holds it, and drops it to foot?

It's disgusting. Every week, I keep saying at the game, that Macaffer physically will NOT BE ABLE to kick a goal because his style won't allow him to.

Cloke actually has a decent style, with Cloke it's more confidence like Reiwoldt in his younger days.

With Macaffer it's actually the WAY he kicks it. It is almost stranger than Manson's style.

But at least Manson knew how to adjust so the ball would go through.
