Think we’ve already gone over this one. Flagless Failmantle legend big Pav came out with the rebuild call, I just brought it to everyone’s attention. The big fella knowing more than most West Coast’s habit of rebuilding in record quick time wouldve likely been on a winner but for another season ravaged by injuries.

He’ll likely come out with a West Coast dynasty declaration soon now we’ve got Reid joining the rest of our cream recruits.

Hughes isn't a bad player.

Not the best defender I like him on a wing to be fair.

Wagner might not be great ability wise but I admire his determination.

Same reason why the likes of Clancee Pearce, Nick Suban and. Matt De Boer got games from 2010-15.

These are blokes you don't build your game around, but blokes that rotate in and out of the 23.

Every club has got one or two players that realistically shouldn't, but at the end of the day nobody's game is going to be decided by whether or not Hughes is playing.

He won't be in the side next year, neither will Wagner.

You just finished 14th and are going into a 9th year of a rebuild next season. Theres more than 1 or 2 players on your list who shouldn’t be there at this stage. If your club’s ambition is to be West Coast one day you’ve got a lot of catching up to do.

Yeah you’ve got too many of these types though. Too many foot soldiers and not enough generals, plus a few who wouldn’t be fighting in anyone else’s army. After 9 years of rebuilding it’s not looking good at all.

I don't care if we have too many types of those players. They are needed and rotated in the 23 every week.

Hughes would probably be getting games with 2 or 3 other clubs, mainly in the bottom 6.

Some role players can be become decent players .

But again... I wonder if we have 23 games in the regular season?

Eagles wanted 24 games next season as they want another home game to compensate for gather round.

We got Sam Sturt from the entire chain of trades. We received O'Meara from Lobb (picks used for Lobb in 2018 trade). We received Joel Western from Hogan (good trade considering Hogan at that point was so off the rails).
