Being the food thread and burgers have been mentioned.
So I hear from multiple sites that an 80/20 meat/fat is preferred. An egg to bind and then seasoning. I would prefer just salt. I am a less is more guy.
What is the best cheese? The rest I can adjust to my own taste.
