It's been a weekend without football, I'm hoping desperately that trade week will see me through, but it's a poor subsitute.


I'm getting the shakes already.


To get me through, I'm watching the Rnd 3 2008 showdown, so I'd like to shout out a big **** you to Brogan, Chad, Thomas and Pettigrew, you pack of snipers.

Do it for Sea Bass! I know you will.

IS ABC2 showing NT games?

Will that just be in Adelaide or Australia wide? Only problem for me if i do watch the NT games is that i will not know any of the players so it will take a bit longer to find out which players i should be watching.

I hate the off season so much for footy, we are such a boring team when it comes to trade week with how little we do. After going though the NBA season and my team has only kept 3 players from last season so a lot of trades happening to keep it interesting

Im a Raptors fan, hopefully we can make the playoffs next season with the players we have got.

You do realise the SANFL Grand Final was on last weekend.

However, once the celebrations calm down I'll feel that reality that football is indeed over for another year.

Me too, I cant wait to find out the fixture.... Gonna book every friday game off work (Arvo's!) and book flights to melbourne to watch the next Adelaide/Collingwood game.. We gotta beat those Pies! (When im there anyways!)

being a Bays fan aswell, the footy season still leaves a very raw feeling, I still hate the game. Bring on the cricket season, do not want to think about football for a little while.

Yeah, even pre-season is ages away. I have just started re-watching some games I have on my hard drive and just finished the Crows v Indigenous All Stars. What a shocker!

Interestingly though, Brodie Martin, Myke Cook and Tony Armstrong were high among our best. Based on that game alone I am surprised that we didn't see more of Armstrong during the regular season. Maybe in 2010?

I have also been replaying the games from the year off my hard drive. Missing rounds 4-8 for some reason and can't seem to find them! My favourite game is still the Essendon game at Ethiad and the Carlton game in round 22 also at Ethiad. We play that stadium so well.
