His footpassing skills are deplorable - which is why we've earmarked him for delisting - but by God he can give it a roost!

That goal he kicked from 55, it cleared the goalposts and landed 20 rows back! Then 5 minutes later, he must have thumped it 75 - 80 metres!

Was thinking the same thing, couldn't believe it when that goal from outside 50 sailed through post high. Thought he did his job today and will no doubt get a berth again next week.

Bidders was fantastic. It was really his carrer on the line game. In past times he hadnt been the best 5-10 possessions but today I thought he was brilliant.

It was good to see him get a game and maybe he can start fresh from here. Well done Bidders!

Bidders goal in the 2nd quarter was crucial, as the Bombers had just kicked 3 goals in less then 10 minutes in what turned out to the their only dominant period of the game.

The side had been missing a few gettable chances and for Bidderscombe to step up and calmly slot through that goal was undoubtedly reassuring for the side.

He certainly impressed me today.

he always could kick it a country mile - it was his errors playing on the back line that got my goat up.
