My avatar, I just realised, looks like I've done it myself in Paint without a lot of attention to details. Wow, makes me look rather shabby.

Well, its not so. It's actually a template for badges that we made back in the early 1990s. I scanned the template, and it ended up a bit blurry 'round the edges.

Just a bit worried youse might think I was proud of a poor Paint effort.

Actually, that was the best bit about it! It sort of had, an "crude, urbane-cultism" aspect to it. Oh shame for disillusion!

Thanks for clearing that up Mobb, it has been bugging me for yonks,

I often thought to myself "Gee, Mobb should really touch up his avatar cos it really looks quite shabby - I wonder if I should mention it to him?? - or maybe he's self concious about it and will get all defensive about how he can't afford a proper scanner, and how people are so cruel sometimes and it's not his fault.........

Just glad I didn't mention it!
