What are their main problems with you? Is it just gossipy crap or serious allegations about your work habits? They are complete idiots to talk about you via email anyway, seems like they're begging to be caught.

Any boss with brain cells won't want their workforce unhappy. If you feel hard done by then you should see your boss.

Cleaners can get some decent money, cash in hand too. Charge $20hr for a good clean most will, there's plenty of lazy people out there. My mother started a mini-cleaning business about 3 years ago and she has people ringing her left, right and centre. There's plenty of lazy bastards to take advantage of with consistent work. Go at your own pace, be your own boss. Easy done.

A friend of mine charges $24 an hour and does 4 or 5 jobs a day. This earns her $250ish a day and knocks off early afternoon after starting at 6 or 7. Could squeeze 1 or 2 more in if she wasn't so lazy and earn close to $350ish/day.
