A minor calf injury will sideline Chad Wingard from Port Adelaide’s next two games.

Wingard sustained the injury at training and scans today showed a minor problem for the Power forward, according to the club’s head of high performance Darren Burgess.

“Chad pulled up from training with some tightness, and we sent him for a precautionary scan,” Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.

Lobb and Stevie J out for 2.

Surely that's Perryman and Lloyd sorted for byes???

Yep.

Giants only had four fit players in the reserves last week. Now I guess they're down to two once they replace these guys.

Jesus...

Has there ever been a team with no listed players in the twos?
Brisbane came pretty close last year. At one point they were down to two or three listed players in the twos, then suffered that many injuries in the seniors. If a couple hadn't come off the injury list later that week they'd have managed it.

Stuff it.

Going aggressive.

Sandi > Ryder.

Gets rid of a round 13 bye player for me but probably need to trade a couple more out.

Shaw could be getting the bullet come round 13 too.

Balls n all

I think the term "parking the bus" applies.

The commentary is awesome

Goosebumps!

"GOL! GOL! GOL! GOL! He's nailed it! Charisteas has done it! The crowds gone crazy! Greece has gone crazy! We've all gone crazy!"

Greece was always known to be an extremely defensive side. They park the Acropolis down back.
