Nothing really new here, but important nevertheless.

Here's hoping that both Hammer and AJ get over their ankle injuries and take the field vs Freo on Friday night.

Was fantastic to see Kreuz, Lucas and ROK out on the park during the week at training - hopefully that puts them in a good position to have a solid preseason and gear up for 2011.

"Ratten said Shaun Hampson and Aaron Joseph had recovered from ankle injuries and would come straight back into the side"
