Isn't it usually just pretty much the AA squad minus those who couldn't be arsed playing and feign injury? I dunno, I've never followed it that closely...a gimmicky load of bollocks for the most part.

Dunno what my thoughts on this hybrid game are...

It's always nice to see Tigers selected in any consolidated squad but is this worth it?
Do they get valuable experience travelling with and playing with gun players from other clubs or is it just a bit of fun with a risk of injury?

I'm sure the players feel it is a bit of an honour to play for Australia but I'm not fussed.

The one year Kevin Sheedy coached, he selected a team of fast players. Malthouse might try something else.

Deledio should get a gig.

After him, we have alot of potential players that could all get a game. Newman and Brown are both pretty good at the game. Richo could get a look in because of his athleticism, and if they are looking for fast and quick players, then Foley, King and White could get looked at too. Cotchin might be the smokey too.

brown would of been a good chance if he wasnt injured.

deledio had minor knee surgery to clean up some cartledge. hopefully that keeps him out of this mickey mouse comp. after a quality season we need him to rest up, have a huge pre season and take another step next season. its at a too important time in his career for him to sacrifice himself for this silly competition.

jokely runs around with the emeraldislians (its a word...look it up) and we see in a more athletic version of our game...that JON is not an athlete
result - well if the only thing he could hang his hat on he isnt then....delist

or

jokely gets king hit by someone with the last name O'driscoll or keane...(oh please let it be roy keane i know different sport and all that,...roy keane would rip out JON's heart and eat it...)...anyway..lights out JON and cos of the ever present danger of brain damage after that the we would have to delist him
