Just taking a quick look back in time there doesn't seem to be too many legitimate premierships out there. Therefore I am claiming that Carlton's 1995 flag is the most recent non-cheating untainted flag won in the AFL.

2011 – Blood doping Chapman, Father/Son rule
2010 – Played St Kilda
2009 – Blood doping Chapman, Father/Son rule
2008 – Rushed behind cheats
2007 – Blood doping Chapman, Father/Son rule
2006 – Drugs
2005 – Salary cap handouts
2004 – Half of Brisbane carrying injuries
2003 – Salary cap
2002 – Salary cap
2001 – Salary cap
2000 - Cheats
Etc...
1995 - Legitimate premiership
