Agree.Good high forward flanker. Best user and decision maker in the comp without a peer in sight.
Agree.

I haven't seen that aspect of his game- did miss the ANZAC day game. When he isn’t flopping yes.
Could give Brent Harvey's games record a run.
He's about to turn 35 and is over 100 games behind. Could realistically shake 400 but would need five injury-free seasons after this one, as I think he would miss games for "management". I'd love to see him do it though.
Could be eyeing a record ninth All-Australian, moving him ahead of Robert Harvey, Mark Ricciuto and Lance Franklin.
He did miss a lot, and in his prime. In 2014 he polled 22 Brownlow votes from 15 games. The Brownlow was certainly his if he played even another three or four games.I just realised he's played 327 games I thought he'd played more than that eg. around 340 or so.
Goes to show he really did miss a hell of a lot of games because of his shoulder injury.
i guess we like different types of players, i like the freaks like buddy, but i also love the gaz as he was consistent but could also do freak things too. anyway as i said, it is all subjective, nothing will change my mind that gaj is the best of all time and best ive seen. if it wasnt for his shoulder injury i believe he will be even further in front of the pack. he would taken the suns to the finals solo and would of won 3 brownlows at least if he played out 2014You lucky to have missed seeing what his Dad used to do to your Tigers in the mid 80's and early 90's. He basically assaulted your club on the field most matches. Gaz Junior pretty gun player but never has had the same appeal to get me to a game to see as a neutral. But the apple does not fall far from the tree and son got much of the talent gene passed on. Not as spectacular as his Dad but probably more consistent.
crazy isnt it, if he stayed at geelong or if he didnt have his shoulder injury , where would he be at in terms of achievementsHe did miss a lot, and in his prime. In 2014 he polled 22 Brownlow votes from 15 games. The Brownlow was certainly his if he played even another three or four games.
In 2015 he only played 6 games, and followed it up with 14 games in both 2016 and 2017. So that is 32 games missed in his last three year’s at the Suns.
Add to that the fact that he missed the 14 finals games that Geelong played while he was at Gold Coast and i think it’s fair to say that in a sliding doors moment if he’d stayed at the cattery he’d possibly be at +/-360 games, with another one (or two) premiership and Brownlow medals.
You are guessing, yes. Love watching Gaz play. Do not enjoy him any less without him being the best. Love watching heaps of great players.i guess we like different types of players,
fair enough for me he is the GOATYou are guessing, yes. Love watching Gaz play. Do not enjoy him any less without him being the best. Love watching heaps of great players.
