That's because he went into Wombat mode.I lost him. One minute he was about to be tackled then he disappeared into the ether.

Did enough training with the club with AFL players that they saw his potential. They probably didn't expect him to thrive at the top level so soon, I saw him as a project player. Keep him in until (if) his form drops. Love the factory that he, Reid and Bolton have brought to the team. How did they know he was going to be a gem ?
He is ahead of Walter’s on form. We need games into him. Bring Somny in when he tires, give him a rest and have him back again.
If he can lose 8-10kg for next season and add a little muscle he will be ridiculous to watch next to our other forwards.
He would have even fooled Judd!
It impresses me someone his height has had 2 good games without once playing for a free kick.
There's some genuine talent there.
Agree with other comments about how it was called, but how entertaining was it to see the smallest bloke on the field clamber over one opponent and genuinely think he could find a way to stop a guy 40cm taller than him from taking an overhead mark? The 50 against English was very funny
The Stable Pony has become the Race Horse in record time. With Dudley's rise to stardom.. do we even need Kozzie?
Joking! .... a little bit
Walls the Wombat Whisperer...shhhhKeep Walters for back up later in the season.
Don't mess with the wombat while he is doing magic things.
His stats in the sanfl weren't great.
I was not very excited when we brought him in.
How did they know he was going to be a gem ?

Do not try to run over a wombat, he will rip your suspension out.Wombies are all muscle, no fat. Even speeding trains bounce off them.
Play him until he tires, then rotate back to the WAFL for refreshing. Rinse and repeat.
Duffield asked the same question. With Dudley's rise to stardom.. do we even need Kozzie?
Joking! .... a little bit
Deadley Dudley will not be dropped, they will have to wait for a vacancy to arise.Look, I agree. I can just see Swita and Sonny brought in, and Duds will most likely be one of the two making way for them, unfortunately. We’ll see I guess.
Who is Murphy Reid channelling?I think we’ve got Jeff Farmer’s successor right here with Dudley.
Who is Murphy Reid channelling?
I use the Phantom knick for Mr Walker. No profile pic yet ..he is like the phantom. The ghost who baulks (and twists and shimmys)
The size discrepancy was what I originally meant was funny: It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.Agree with other comments about how it was called, but how entertaining was it to see the smallest bloke on the field clamber over one opponent and genuinely think he could find a way to stop a guy 40cm taller than him from taking an overhead mark?
That, and the shot of him hiding behind Jones at full forward ahead of one of the centre bounces.
