Rizwan is world class isn't he?

Seifert is a class batsman.

Brown is a slogger but has too many dot balls. I would bat him in the second half of the innings.

JFM and Peake have potential. JFM needs a Finch or Marsh batting with him and coaching him through his innings. Peake looks class and I would bat him higher.

Peake leaves soon for the U19 WC - our first match is Jan 16, so I can imagine Sunday could be his last match for the season

Melbourne Renegades report card after I went to the game yesterday:

Josh Brown- 6/10 , again he chipped in with a handy innings.
Tim Siefert- 3.5/10 , failed again as opener.
Rizwan 2.5/10- failed again with bat and he might be the flop of 2025/26 BBL
Fraser-McGurk 5.5/10- no real flair with the bat and he seems unsure whether to go from the get-go or look to slowly pace an innings.
Peake 3/10- didnt contribute greatly to the match yesterday
Hasan Khan 7/10- top scored with the bat for Renegades
Will Sutherland 6/10 -gets a lowish mark because of some of his captaincy decisions yesterday and a fail with a bat.
Matthew Spoors - 5.5/10 got a wicket
Andrew Tye- 1.5/10- More like Andrew Pie. Batsman should look to target him as he past his prime.
Sandhu 7/10 - pick of the Renegades bowlers yesterday with his 2 wickets.
Behrendorff 2/10- had his colours lowered yesterday.

Renegades haven't nailed their imports this season. Starting to think Rizwan hiring is more for promotion of the Renegades brand than his actual cricket. He isn't in the Top 30 cricketers in the world for me in this form of the game.
