im pretty sure iverson will go down as a better player than kobe for these reasons:
AI draft pick 1 - kobe 13
career points average- iverson 27-30 - kobe 24ish
mvps: iverson 1 -kobe 0
iverson led a team to the finals kobe got there with shaq and has done nothing since he left.
iverson makes players around him better, not saying kobe doesnt but nuggets with iverson are so much superior to nuggets with miller he made an alright team an excellent team.
kobe may be better when the game is on the line but i think iverson is the greater player and at only 6"1 its difficult to make your mark

AI is a great player, definately top 25 ever. But Kobe would be near the top 10, if not 5 of the best players ever.
What has Lebron done to apparently surpass Kobe? Made the NBA finals once? He's no where near as good as Kobe. Maybe in the future, though I believe even this is unlikely.

Kobe was taking the Lakers just as deep in the West in 2004 and 2005 as Iverson was with the 76ers in the East.

I'm a Nuggets fan, and i will say that Kobe is easily better than AI.

When Kobe wanting to be traded popped up, i called for AI + Camby + Draft picks for Kobe; but of course, Kobe will never play for Denver because that's where he became a rapist.

But AI Nuggets would fart all over the Dre Miller Nuggets... obviously there are still people up their collective arses who think the Nuggets were better with Andre (and also think the reason for Nugget losses have been defence) and that he makes other players better than AI does.

But the question is that is it more likely that we will find another 6" calibre player like AI who can achieve what he has, or a scoring champion like Kobe.

Ah no. NO ONE will ever come any where near close to be worthy of being compared to Michael Jordan. Not Kobe, not even LeBron. These guys will go down as NBA legends, but Michael was on a whole different level.
