Well JC has filmed himself and JG was filmed by some dirty sneaky grub who peaks over toilet cubicles...
But yes it's dumb, but as far as we are aware JC's pics were sent consensually & if so he hasn't done anything illegal. If he's on a legal site where this stuff happens &/or he's shared these images consensually, that's his business. The person(s) who has got hold of these images and now sharing them without his consent is the person who should be charged & the only person who has done something wrong. We have no way of knowing yet how this person has got hold of these images/videos.. did JC lose his phone? Was his phone hacked? Has someone been trying to blackmail him? What is their motivation?

Tough one for the AFL. Brand damage, but unless there's a complaint from a receiver of dick pics, there's no case to answer. And an organisation that runs the AFLW can't possibly punish the victim of the spread of private nude pics.
Based on previous instances, there's a case to answer for the drugs, but the historic nature of it and the club's previous awareness and assumedly response means that will be hard to respond to as well.

But they (we) don't know yet whether the captions on those pics were actually written by JC. I really hope they're looking for the person who shared them. If they start suspending players for every photo or video which may not be to everyone's taste, well there wouldn't be many players left, not to mention leaving them all open to blackmail for any photo out there. Who is the judge for which type of photo damages the brand?
