Watts will bring accuracy in kicking for goal to Port. He has kicked 143.71 at 66.82%. Of the current most accurate goalkickers he is not on the afltables list, which probably means he is about 15th most accurate. But most of the players above him have kicked less than a 100 goals, some of them quite a bit less.

Look. He posted a pear:hearteyes:. Hilary will be filthy.

Nice. Dude's been here five minutes and he's already converted.

Haha don't laugh they target tourists all the time in Central America. One time I got locked into a servo toilet in rural Guatemala for about 10 minutes. At least I was in the right place to be absolutely shitting myself! I think they had designs to steal the car but they couldn't because our driver was hanging around, so they gave up and let me out pretending that it was an accident. It's a beautiful part of the world but you do have to watch yourself.

Costa Rica, Panamá, and Guatemala seem to be safer than Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. I have no idea about Belize.

I haven't been there myself but I've heard that Belize is relatively safe and pretty easy to navigate for English speakers because it used to be part of the Empire.

THE TRADE that sent Jack Watts to Port Adelaide wouldn't have been struck if Melbourne hadn't agreed to pay a portion of the forward's wage, says Melbourne CEO Peter Jackson.

Melbourne really aren't doing any favours for.themselves opening their mouth whenever they have a chance to give a Watts sound bite. You'd think they would have learned having been on the other end of the Lever situation with the Camries.

Yeah it's kinda strange, the way they talk about him it's like he was sat down in front of the coaching panel and board and he's straight out told them he's only in Melbourne to party. They really seem set on giving up on his capacity to football.

Pathetic way for a club to be talking about an ex player. No class, too many digs.

They really are an unprofessional bunch down there. Publicly talking about player wages and that.

"The only football club that spoke to us about a deal in any real terms was Port Adelaide.
Maybe that's because he decided that is where he wanted to go. What a dick of a CEO

Trying to pacify the Demon customers, the way Fagan tries to pacify the Crows customers, by deriding a player. All class.

"The only football club that spoke to us about a deal in any real terms was Port Adelaide. ... There was (just) one club making one offer at the end of the day, (and) I think that does say something."

Wow! That is a real dig at Watts. Disgraceful! Starting to believe the Melbourne supporter vitriol that Jack Watts has been blamed for everything this dirt-bag club has failed to achieve!

Welcome to the light Jack!

It actually doesn't say much at all.

Port speaks to Watts, as to Sydney, Geelong etc. IF Watts is to be believed he was sold on Port pretty early - hence why would other clubs bother talking to Melbourne. Port itself said they would only start talking to Melbourne if Watts picked them.

Now - its possible Watts chose us because the others weren't as interested - but we know from early on Sydney are salary cap constrained, and Geelong the same (with Ablett coming in).

Only Adelaide spoke to Gibbs ... must be a numpty based on Melbourne logic.

All that we know is for pick 31 we have a ready to go player, that fills an important need.... stuff what face saving Melbourne do for their own inability to get the most out of any player in the past decade.

That's all it is. They had hundreds of their members/supporters shit can the decision and express their disapproval in writing and now they're just trying to smooth things over.

Add to that the comment ..

"Geelong made an enquiry and the offer they were mooting, we would have been crucified by Melbourne supporters if we had have accepted that"

Translation: Geelong offered us a bucket of chips for him. That's how little they thought of him, so don't worry Melbourne people, he wasn't worth anything really. Lucky stupid old Port offered a little more than scraps. Rest easy Hillary!

I couldn't think of a better person to end up with egg on their face than Simon Goodwin.

Bring on 2018.
