If he had died in a plane crash in 1983 when "Thiller" was at its peak, he would have been forever regarded as a music legend, a pop-culture icon and have remained a hero to millions.

Instead, 20 years later his music is out-dated, over produced crap, plastic surgery has turned him into a physical monster, his lifestyle is regarded as ridiculous, he hangs about with fellow freaks Liz Taylor, Uri Gellar, Diana Ross & Marlon Brando and he is in financial ruin.

He has gone beyond a pathetic joke to the point where people can no longer be bothered laughing at him and now it appears that the long suspected rumours of child molestation are true and quite likely he won't be buying his way out of it this time.

You could not have scripted a worse downfall for someone who once had it all, for he managed to do it all on his own.

Unlike some posters on these boards, I've never liked Jackson's music. I always thought he was the least talented of the Tamla Motown stable, and I use the word 'stable' advisedly.

He has to be among the dumbest people on the planet, after shelling out $25-40 mill. to shut up the previous complainant. He then does an interview in which he acknowledges that he still sleeps in the same bed with twelve-year-old boys. There seems little doubt he is a sexual obsessive. The description I've read of his previous, alleged indiscretions reads like a manual for paedophillic seduction.

On the other hand, I'm worried by the performance of the man whom I presume was the prosecutor, and his unseemly delight at his achievement in charging Jacko. It also worries me that they changed the law with the specific purpose in mind of doing Jacko over. There is also the previously mentioned incredibly naive performance of the parents.

The allegation I've heard is that his relationship with this kid stems from the parents' inability to pay for their child's cancer treatment. This all sounds appalling.

I have mentioned previously that Jacko displays all the characteristics of a schizophenic who is not dealing well with his medication. His incessant, uncontrolled shaking is one example. Perversely, in its most limited sense, if you were to read between the lines of the interview by the Pom, he is also impotent. Another symptom of anti-schizophrenic drugs.

Not trying to excuse his behaviour, just worried about certain aspects of the prosecution and the sanity of the defendant. Until the evidence is in, like everyone else, I can't be sure.

I am now starting to have doubts over all of this.

Some of the facts may appear to have been concocted, particularly when you consider that the only way we found out about this was because a therapist of the victim, was the one who presented the evidence. I'll await more information, but, you can understand the questions being asked.
