Future 3rd rounder looks about right or something in the 40's range this year if freo end up with a pick in that rangeI think teams should take the salary dump approach more often.
When you're in the window, pay your 20-25 ranked players that little bit more to keep them if needed, if you hit a squeeze, dont be afraid to offload them for peanuts.
I doubt he'll be more than a future 3rd

Pretty sure Ross has gone and no I didn'tDid you back Lyon with Colyer last year? If we don't question club decisions there's really not much point to this board.
Just not sure what Aish's role will be and if it's worth that much over 3 years. Cole, Masten and Hutchings aren't expensive role players, though, so not really pertinent and besides every one would agree that they were the more replaceable bits of a premiership side.
The AC/DC cover"Let's Get Loud" will be our new marketing slogan going into 2020. #headcoachcansing
How is Dayne Beams working out for you?Freo and Gold Coast are shocking with their trading. St Kilda not far behind.
And I like those 3 clubs. Maybe that is why.

As a Norwood man I would cry if a Aish ever played for Port![]()
He is fine when not injured. How is Dayne Beams working out for you?
Plays footy. What does this aish fella do?
His best position is as a small defender at AFL levelHe actually does his best work as an inside mid but Collingwood had too many ahead of him in that position.
Not sure how his inside midfield game goes in the 6/6/6 world though. He’s not really dynamic in any way.

It’s weird how cheap you can get players. Josh Bruce for a pick in the 30s? If you drafted someone like him in the first round you’d be pretty happy. A pick in the 20s for Aish isn’t ridiculous.
Freo approached Collingwood about a contracted player, not a slaary cap squeeze or player getting pushed out. Pick 22 seems about right.
You can extend someone already contracted for next year and boost their salary in 2020 as part of the deal to get it over the line.Hard to imagine any compensation we get for Aish being worth it.
Crocker/Reid/Dunn/Varcoe/Mayne should all be cleared out before Aish does...
We're already clearing out Wells (500k) + Goldsack (250k) while bringing in probably only Cameron (150-200k?), how are we under so much pressure that we're selling young players at career low price?
Next year Varcoe (250k), Dunn (300k), Reid (200k), Crocker (200k), Mayne (500k) should all be delisted/retired, how is that not enough money to satisfy Moore (extra 500k), Grundy (extra 500k), De Goey (extra 200k)?
Moore + Grundy + De Goey + Cameron + 6 rookies = 1.8 mil
Wells + Goldsack + Varcoe + Dunn + Reid, Crocker + Mayne = 2.2 mil
Obviously all rough figures, but we know most of the higher end contracts (https://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/...t/news-story/9f9e3bf77c73a3d94ec680d2fdc2f297, Mayne on 500k for instance)
