I think Scott said yes and it could be 3 weeks.

Has Rivers aggravated the previous injury?
bad time for injury as well, we have a tough month ahead, Richmond, Essendon, Collingwood and then Port Adelaide...all the current top 8 sides.
No Rivers will now restrict Taylor from shifting further up the ground as he has done this season thus far.

hey is it ok to quote myselfLooked a little proppy on friday- Hope the knee is OK

River need to get himself right or he will find out what its like to play for a good side in the finals with him in it.

I am not sure what you are trying to say there Turbo due to the bad grammar.
You don't want to try again do you?
Agree with what your saying but I thought he looked proppy against the Swans although he played Ok.I hate it when its clear in ones head but it come out like mud. Lets see I can be a little better.
If he continues to gather injuries , if he fails to properly recover from injuries , come back early and gather more injuries, his place in the side will become tenuous. Players that are injury prone are such a risk, causing a side to use early subs etc.
Perhaps even to the point that come finals time , he may be on the list of a club participating in the finals but he will not playing in them. He will be watch from the stands like he has so many times when at Melbourne.
Those PCL knees are never PERFECT. They always need to strapped, although they are never as bad as ACL's, and rarely need reconstructions. Playing VFL will not get it 100% any easier than AFL.Agree with what your saying but I thought he looked proppy against the Swans although he played Ok.
This time round he needs to be 100% right even if it means a few games in the VFL.
The fact he was brought back early does not auger well for Brown I'm afraid.

I see Hamling kicked another bag today. I wonder if he will tempt them V Richmond. Certainly not the hardest defense in the AFL
We will wait and see but I doubt it,with Hawkins and Chappy to come back into the side their still got to lose one besides Rivers to make room. And then just a quick shuffle of the deck chairs down back and that will be it.Hamling is zero chance of playing defense, not strong enough yet, did ok NAB cup but would be terribly exposed against Riewoldt, Vickery or McGuane as they have a good 4/5 seasons in the gym over him.
Brown will play and should be more than capable if given a chance at playing consecutive matches in a row.
I'd suspect he will play on McGuane as Brown's pretty quick for a tall guy.
